Refund policy

At Hard Hat Honey, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, here’s how returns work:

    •    Eligibility: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery of defective item.

    •    Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging.

    •    Exclusions: Final sale items, custom/embroidered hats, and discounted items are non-returnable.

    •    Process: To start a return, email us at support@hardhathoney.co with your order number.

    •    Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

    •    Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.
